In the upcoming story of Bhagya Lakshmi, it seems like that Lakshmi will either fall into a Coma or lose her memory.

The current track of Bhagyalakshmi revolves around Neelam wanting to throw Lakshmi out of the Oberoi Mansion by getting her married to a boy named Aarav.

However, Lakshmi makes Aarav patch up his differences with his ex-wife.

At the same hotel, fire spreads and Lakshmi saves both Rishi and Malishka but ends up getting injured herself.

According to the latest spoiler of Bhagyalaxmi, Rishi will admit Lakshmi into the hospital while Malishka will spread the news to the Oberoi family. 

Further, Rishi will drown in guilty feelings as he cannot do anything to provide comfort to Lakshmi current.

As per the upcoming twist, the doctors announce that Lakshmi can lose her memory or go into a comatose state due to the wounds she has endured.
