In the upcoming story of Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein, Bhavani will become Dr. Satya's fan while Ashwini will expel Patralekha from Chavan Family! 

The current track of GHKKPM revolves around Pulkit and Sai stuck in a legal case posed to them by Patralekha as she wants to extract revenge from Sai.

Patralekha has lodged a complaint against Sai that she intentionally removed her uterus to remove Pakhi from Chavan Family.
