In the upcoming story of Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein, Satya will confess his feelings to Sai. 

So far in the story of GHKKPM, Sai, Virat, and Satya get together to save everyone from a bomb planted in the hospital. 

According to the latest spoiler of the serial, in between the operation, Dr. Satya's illusion confronts him about catching feelings for Sai.

Satya's illusion tells him that in the matter of life and death, Sai's rejection or acceptance won't matter as it is him who loves her.

Meanwhile, Virat gets unconscious after carrying the bomb outside as it gets blasted.
