So far in the story of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein, Sai has come to the hospital to join her internship and is receiving accolades for her results when Dr. Thuraat appears on the scene.

In the latest episode of GHKKPM, Dr. Thuraat looks very strict and rude. He has insulted and criticised Sai at every turn and has developed an instant dislike for her. 

As per the latest spoiler, Dr. Thuraat has given Sai a delivery case and asked her to go after the delivery. 

Afterwards, he once again mocks her marriage bond as an answer to the patient which Sai dislikes immensely and warns Dr. Thuraat to never make a personal comment going forward.
