The plot of the serial Dhiyan Meriaa is set in the Tarn Taran city of Punjab.

In the promo, Neelam Randhawa, an abandoned wife, is shown living with her three daughters in Tarn Taran.

Neelam had fulfilled all the responsibilities of a father alongside fulfilling her responsibilities as a mother.
