Indian Idol 13 12th February 2023 Written Update

Today's episode starts with Aditya and judges celebrating World's famous Bharat Ratna, Lata Mangeshkar Ji by worshipping Goddess Saraswati.

Aditya announces to celebrate Lata Mangeshkar's music with a whole heart and to corporate them comes Pyaare Lal ji in the show who has sung his first song "Hasta hua Nurani chera" with Lata ji.

Pyaare Lal ji talks about his childhood when he used to sing songs with Lata ji at the age of 9 years.

Aditya announces no elimination in the week and the audience can still select their top 7 contestants by voting them.

The first performance is given by Bidipta Chakraborty who sings Lata Ji's song from the movie "Anamika".

She represents the second song from "Jewel thief" which leaves amazing remark on her by judges.

Shreya talks about Lata's mixture of her acting and singing that is visible in Bipdita.

Senjuti comes on the stage next with Lata's songs from "Intkam" and the other one from "Mehbub ki Mehendi" and receives standing applause from the judges.

Further, Shivam sings Lata's songs from "Ijjat" and "Abhiman" and Pyaare Lal ji calls him to have a perfect composition in his voice and that's what is required in a singer.

Rishi Singh sings "Hume aur jeene ki chahat na hoti" from the movie 'Agar tum na hote" and makes everyone drown in his versatile voice, while Himesh teases Rishi and Bidipta for being "just friends".

Deboshmita gets emotional as she remembers a dream when Lata blessed her.

Deboshmita sings "Apki Najron ne Samjha" and "Lag ja gale" and gets appreciated by judges for her alluring performance.

The next performance is given by Chirag where he sings "Ek pyaar ka nagma hai" which leaves the audience and judges dancing in happiness.

Pyaare Lal ji goes up on stage to play the violin while Shreya sings with his music.

Sonakshi performance of "Meri Awaaz hi Pehchaan hai " and "Satyam Shivam Sundaram" makes judges nod their heads at her unbelievable singing.

Further, Rishi and Bidipta sing "Mai solah Baras ki" and Shreya captures her on phone live.

Lastly, Navdeep Wadali sings the song "Chithiye" and gets standing applause from Shreya while Pyaare Lal ji thanks him for singing it so nicely.

At the end, the girls' team and boys' team sings the mashup songs of Lata Mangeshkar.
