Indian Idol season 13 today's episode will entertain the viewers with a special episode where the contestants will dedicate songs to the late legendary musician, Bappi Lahiri.

The latest promo for this weekend's Indian Idol 13 (25 February 2023) shows Aditya calling Bappi Lahiri's daughter, Rema Lahiri, and his grandson Rego B.

Rema thanks the judges for dedicating such a segment to her father and relieving his memories through his songs.

Another promo for this weekend's Indian Idol season 13 (25-02-2023) shows Chirag Kotwal singing the song "Dheere Dheere Se" and impressing the judges.

Vishal Dadlani tells him he has potential in his vocals and can do good in the singing industry.

Indian Idol 13 25th February 2023 Written Update

Today's episode starts with Indian Idol celebrating it’s 50th episode, a Golden Jubilee Special Weekend with guests Rema Lahiri and Rego B. as they pay tribute to the late singer Bappi Lahiri.

Rema announces she has got a special gift for the best singer this weekend as the contestants compete amongst themselves.

Sonakshi sings “seene se laga lu tujhe” in her melodious voice and grabs not just the audience’s hearts but of Rema and Rego as well.

Himesh praises her tone and pitch.

The next contestant is Senjuti Das who sings “ Aaj Rapat Jaye” in her sweet voice and all the judges come together with the guests to sing along with her.

Shivam performs next singing a mash-up “Inteha ho Gayi intezaar ki” and “thoda pyaar chaiye” completely mesmerizing his audience who chime in.

Bidipta is the next contestant who harmoniously sings “pyaar kabhi kam mat karna” and “jawani janeman” engaging her audience fully.

Himesh tells her that the competition between her and Sonakshi is really intense as both have mastered the tones needed.

Chirag sings “De De Pyar De” and “Mana ho tum behad haseen” passionately which enchants the audience.

Rishi captures the audience’s attention by singing “Thodi si jo pee li hai” and “yaad aarha hai” with enthusiasm.

Debosmita is the next contestant who melodiously sings “Aao tumhe chaand pe le jaye” and “Jiya na jaye” and Vishal praises how she can sing both Lata and Asha’s songs with such ease in one performance.

Finally, Navdeep mesmerizes the audience by singing “kisi nazar ko tera intezar” emotionally and Vishal is surprised at the amazing depth at which he recited the song.

Rema and Rego have decided that the gold chain they got as a gift for the best contestant goes to Debosmita who impressed them the most.
