The latest promo for this weekend's Indian Idol 13 (26 March 2023) shows Aditya Narayan welcoming Rakesh Roshan to the Indian Idol 13 stage as he announces today, the top 6 will sing songs from his movies.

Rishi Singh sings the song called "Koi Roko Na Deewane Ko" and mesmerizes Rakesh Roshan with his melodious voice.

Another promo for this weekend's Indian Idol season 13 (26-03-2023) shows Rakesh Roshan sharing how he hatched the idea for his superhit film, Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai.

He reveals that he hatched this idea with his team of writers and announced that Hrithik Roshan would do it.

He tells everyone that at that time, Hrithik was very skinny and the doctor said he wouldn't be able to build his body but Hrithik took the work seriously and built and prepared himself in one year.

Indian Idol 13 26th March 2023 Written Update

Today's episode starts with Harsh Limbachiyaa welcoming Rakesh Roshan on the stage for the semi-finale week.

Harsh speaks very praise-worthy words for Rakesh sir as he comes from a very varied family background with his parents being musicians along with his brother.

Rakesh Roshan takes a seat as he reveals he is very excited to watch the Top 5 perform.

The first duo to come on stage is Chirag Kotwal along with Sonakshi Kar and they both sing "Jo Vada Kiya Hai Nibhana Padega" from the movie, Taj Mahal.

Sonakshi then asks a question to Rakesh about his childhood and he reveals he has always been very fond of movies.

Later, Sonakshi alone starts singing the song "Tujh Sang Preet Lagayi Sajna" from the movie Kamchor as the music video's visuals involving Rakesh Roshan and Jaya Prada play in the background.

The next contestant to come on the stage is Bidipta Chakraborty who sings the song 'Tanhai, Tanhai" from the movie Koyala.

Her next song is Kaho Na Pyaar Hai which sends everyone in a groovy mode while Rakesh Roshan appreciates her sweet vocals.

Chirag Kotawal is next and sends the audience in a charming mood as he sings "Tumse Badhkar" from the Kamchor movie which lights Rakesh sir's face.

He then sings "Na Tum Jano Na Hum", a melodious tune from the 2000's.

Shivam Singh is next to sing "Aaj Unse Pehli Mulaqaat Hogi" from the movie, Paraya Dhan, a song composed by RD Burman and sung by Kishore Kumar.

He then sings Hrithik's dancing hit, "Ek Pal Ka Jeena" which sends Vishal Dadlani into nostalgia.

Everyone joins Chirag on the stage including Rakesh sir, Vishal, and Himesh.

Rakesh is requested to sing "Yeh Bandhan Toh" from the movie Karan Arjun along with Himesh and Vishal.

Rishi Singh is called next to sing "Koi Roko Na" from the movie "Priyatama" along with "Dil Ne Dil Ko Pukara" from Kaho Na Pyaar Hai movie.

Rishi also gets to talk to Hrithik on the call whom he tells that he is his biggest fan.

Deboshmita Roy sings "Thoda Hai" song whose parents are later called onto the stage as Rakesh blesses her.

A montage is shown on the stage where Indian Idol 13 salutes him for his work experience and the musical gems he has given the people through his movies.

He also gets emotional while Harsh also reminds the audience that Dream Finale is on 2nd April 2023.
