Sasural Genda Phool 2 TRP Rating: SGP 2 Rankings

Sasural Genda Phool 2 is a remake of the most popular and celebrated Indian Television show Sasural Genda Phool that aired on Star Plus. Season 2 of SGP is a sequel to Sasural Genda Phool Season 1.

Jay Soni and Ragini Khanna was a hit couple on Star Plus and the viewers really loved Ragini Khana's Suhana character which won 5+TVR and was among top serials of all Hindi serials when it initially aired.

Season 1 of Sasural Genda Phool was the right mix of fun, humor, emotions, and drama.

However, in the second season of Sasural Genda Phool Jay Soni is paired with Shagun Sharma who is playing the role of Titlee.

The second season of SGP is airing on Star Bharat.

Since the first season was a hit, makers were expecting the same success from season 2 as well in the TRP Rating chart.

Disappointingly, Sasural Genda Phool 2 started with a TRP of 0.2, and now even after two months of airing on national television, it still has a TRP of 0.2.

As with Tera Mera Saath Rahe, Sasural Genda Phool is suffering the beatings in TRPs because of the change in channel.

Star Bharat is not able to catch the viewers with its serials as it did with Mahadev starring Mohit Raina.

Jay Soni has a huge fanbase, not only from Sasural Genda Phool but also from Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan and Sanskaar - Dharohar Apno Ki. So, there is still hope that the show will take an upturn.

Let us see whether SGP2 jumps in TRP or it has to face backlash and go off the air in the coming days.
