Super Singer 9 10th June 2023 Episode Written Update

The show begins with the host Ma Ka Pa and Priyanka welcoming all the guests, contestants, and judges to the show.

Later, they announce it as Celebration Week!

Contestants are split up into a team of 3 and they have to give a performance on a specific genre.

Aruna pairs up with Hari Vignesh and Karthik - Devotional Team.

Priya pairs up with Prasanna and Dinesh - Commercial Team

Pooja pairs up with Anandha Gopan and Keshav - Melody Team.

Abhijit pairs up with Aparna and Shashank - Western Team.

The winning team will get home appliances as a special prize.

Actor Siddharth and Music Director Nivas K Prasanna join the show for the promotions of the film “Takkar”.

Melody's team joins the stage for their first performance of the day. They sing the “Nenjinile” song as a group performance.

Later, the judges commented it was an Outstanding performance.

For the second performance of the day, the devotional team takes the stage.

They perform the song "thanjai periya kovil pallandu" and afterward receive praise for their "amazing performance."

Actor Siddharth shares his experience working in the film “Takkar”.

Abhijit’s team joins the stage for the third performance. They perform the “Yaakkai Thiri” song.

The commercial team joins the stage for the final performance of the day.

They sing “jumbalakka” song. They hear compliments for the song as being fantastic. 

1st trio challenge is won by the devotional team - Aruna, Hari Vignesh, and Karthik.

2nd round is the duet challenge round where 2 members of the team do their performance.
