Eliminated contestants like Ramanaa, Vaibhav, Afina, Dharshana, Seetha, Hari Krishna, and Sarvesh are found competing with each other.

The judges appreciate the performance of Vaibhav and a small funny expression mimicing task is given to him.

Today's Super Singer Junior 8 21st May 2022 episode starts with the stunning entry of the anchors Makapa and Priyanka. They announce the week as the "Wildcard round".

The anchors announce the wildcard happening before the semi-finals to increase the journey length of the contestants in SSJ8. 

They then welcome the judges, top 10 contestants and the wildcard contestants to the show. 

The anchors announce that the wildcard selection is based on public voting. The one who receives the highest number of votes will be back to the show and participate in the show. 

To deliver the first performance of the week Afina enters the stage. The judges appreciate her for her performance. She gets standing ovations from KS Chithra, Kalpana and Shankar Mahadevan. 

Deepan enters and delivers a stunning performance on a fold song. He gets a standing ovation from Kalpana and gets appreciated by the judges. 

To deliver a special performance Aditi, Trinita and Neha enter in and sing "Pookul Pookum tharunam" to entertain everyone. They get standing ovations from all the judges and all the judges shower them with appreciation. 

Meanwhile, the public voting is announced as Srimathi and Aadya are in the danger zone. The total number of votes is 762070 out of which 402167 votes are obtained by Srimathi and she gets back to compete in SSJ8. Aadya is eliminated from the show and is announced to participate directly in the wildcard round.

Ramanaa enters to deliver a rocking performance on "Kadhal ara onnu". He gets appreciated by all the judges and the judges appreciate all the musicians for their work.

Today's Super Singer Junior 8 22nd May 2022 episode starts with the stunning entry of anchor Makapa and Priyanka. They announce the continuation of yesterday's "Wildcard round".

The anchors then welcome the judges, Top 7 contestants and wildcard contestants to the show. 

To deliver the first performance of the day Sarvesh enters the stage of SSJ8. He delivers a soulful performance and gets a standing ovation from Shankar Mahadevan. 

Vaibhav enters to deliver his performance. He gives a rocking performance on the song "Kadhal Kanmani". The judges enjoy his performance and appreciate him. 

Vaibhav along with Krishaang's brother play a funny expression mimic game which is enjoyed by everyone on the sets. Makapa joins them in the game later. 

Then, Seetha enters to deliver her performance. She gives a soulful performance of a village-based song. KS Chithra tells her some corrections and all the other judges appreciate her. 

Moses, Rihana and Krishaang enter the stage to deliver a special performance. They deliver a soulful performance which is enjoyed by everyone. They get standing ovations from all the judges. The judges shower them with hugs and blessings.
