Yeh Dil Mange More's serial story will revolve around Dr. Jyoti and Major Aryan Singh.

Jyoti is a doctor who prioritizes her patients over anything. She doesn’t care if the patient is a terrorist and helps him regardless of their background.

On the other hand, Aryan is an army officer who loves his country very much. He can die and kill for his country. 

On Independence day, Aryan shoots a terrorist to save children from the attack. However, Dr. Jyoti brings the injured man to the hospital to treat him.

At the same time, Aryan arrives at the hospital and urges Dr. Jyoti not to help the guy but Jyoti refuses.

As per Jyoti, she doesn’t care if the man is a terrorist or not and she must save everyone.

Aryan thinks differently because terrorists don’t deserve mercy. He is ready to kill anyone who is a threat to India.
