Yeh Hai Chahatein is a popular and one of the most loved series by the audience on the channel Star Plus since its release.

The serial gave birth to interesting, complex, fun-loving, humorous, introverted, emotional, sweet, dark, and psycho characters.

All of this has added to its viewers being loyal and bringing it up among the Top 10 serials in the TRP charts.

However, the makers have decided that now it's the time to say adieu to some of the lovable characters of Yeh Hai Chahatein and start afresh.

Previously, a leap was taken in YHC where Preesha & Rudra's characters were said goodbye to.

A new story thus began of Samrat & Nayantara, however, it is time for ANOTHER 20 Years leap.

Pravisht Mishra and Shagun Sharma are roped in to play the main leads in the show post-generation leap.

Pravisht Mishra was last seen in Banni Chow Home Delivery on Star Plus while Shagun Sharma was seen in Colors TV's Harphool Mohini.

There have been news related to Abrar Qazi and Sargun Kaur Luthra who are the soul of YHC, quitting it.

However, it is not confirmed by the actors. 

The makers have cast Muskaan Kataria to play the antagonist against the main leads post-leap in Yeh Hai Chahatein Season 3 so it will be interesting to see this new twisted story!

Yeh Hai Chahatein 3.0 Serial Story After Leap/Plot/Concept

Yeh Hai Chahatein has taken another leap of twenty years post the death of Nayantara's parents resulting in the separation between Nayantara and Samrat.

The dimensions and equations have changed the storyline of the show as post the leap Nayan has made her daughters - Kashvi (Shagun Sharma) and Mahima (Muskaan Kataria) the centre of her eye and goes the extra mile for them.

Kashvi, the biological daughter aspires to become a Civil Servant Officer to lighten up Nayantara's responsibilities while the bubbly-mischievous Mahima dreams of becoming a model.

On the other hand, Samrat has returned to Delhi on Pradyuman's insistence.

Further, Arjun (Pravisht Mishra) and Nitya (Shireen Mirza) are the new characters post the leap where Nitya is the Civil Servant officer and Nayan's friend.

While Arjun shares a crackling friendship with Kashvi and dreams to become a Civil Servant as well to make his mother proud.
