In the upcoming story of Anupamaa, Hasmukh's timid and silent behaviour will make Kavya feel hurt and guilty. 

The current story of Anupama revolves around the Shah house going into a rampage after Kavya reveals that her baby is not Vanraj's but Anirudh's.

Leela attempts to throw Kavya out of the house but Vanraj asks for time to decide if he is ready to accept Kavya and her baby from his heart.

As per the latest spoiler of Anupama, Kavya will come to talk to Hasmukh and ask for forgiveness from him for her deeds.

Hasmukh says that he is no one to get offended by Kavya's actions and decision but he is severely hurt and in pain after he heard the truth as he never thought something like that would happen.
