In the upcoming story of Bhagya Lakshmi, Lakshmi will suffer memory loss and not Rishi.

So far in the story of Bhagya Lakshmi, Malishka throws Lakshmi and Rishi down the cliff to kill them when Rishi refuses to marry her. 

However, by some miracle, both Lakshmi and Rishi survived and are receiving treatment in the hospital. 

Meanwhile, Malishka comes to kill them again as they have seen her but finds out that Rishi might lose his memory.

Malishka will skip killing Rishi and come to end Lakshmi's life.

As per the latest spoiler of Bhagya Lakshmi, Kiran will take Malishka to Neelam to tell her that Malishka tried to kill Rishi.
