In the upcoming Bhagyalaksmi serial episodes, seeing the ring in Rishi’s hand Malishka will understand that he has not broken his relation with Lakshmi and Malishka breaks up with Rishi.

The current story of Bhagya Laxmi revolves around Lakshmi saving Rishi's life by sucking out the poison from his wound. 

Lakshmi faints as the blood enters her body. Rishi gets worried about Lakshmi and does not notice Malishka in the hospital.

Now, as per the gossips of Bhagya Lakshmi, the doctor will inform Rishi that the poison has entered Lakshmi’s body and her condition will become worse.

Later, Virendra will scold Neelam for being selfish and only thinking about her son and not caring for Lakshmi.
