In the upcoming story of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Patralekha will have blood on her hand and face. 

So far in the story of GHKKPM, Patralekha has escaped Chavan House with Vinayak while Sai blames Virat for Patralekha's elopement. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha is planning to take Vinayak to London so that Sai cannot take him away from her.
