In the upcoming story of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Patralekha will die in Virat's dream. 

So far in the story of GHKKPM, Virat is dying to tell Sai about Vinayak being alive but circumstances stop him at every turn.

In the meantime, Patralekha suffers internal bleeding and the doctors had to remove her uterus to save her life.

Patralekha cannot bear the news and lashes out at Virat for giving her a life worse than death. 

As per the latest spoiler of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein, Virat finally tells Sai about Baby Vianyak being alive which Patralekha overhears and becomes happy. 

However, Sai demands to have Vinayak back and urges Virat to support her this time. 

Patralekha becomes angry and tells Virat that she will kill herself if he tries to take his son away. 

Soon Patralekha jumps from the hospital balcony while Virat fails to stop her.
