In the upcoming story of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Sai will betray Patralekha by joining the picnic with them.

So far in the story of GHKKPM, Sai was hesitant to go to the picnic thinking about Patralekha's feelings as the picnic's date is the same as SaiRat's wedding anniversary.

As per the spoilers of the serial, Sai misses Savi and decides to surprise her by joining her on the picnic.

However, Patralekha who was happy with Sai's absence feels betrayed as Sai joins them citing Savi's birthday.
