In the upcoming story of Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Sey, Anubhav will be getting back with Akriti while Gungun is diagnosed with a brain tumour! 

So far in the story of KKIS, Gungun and Anubhav’s relationship is on the brink of death due to Gungun’s decision of not conceiving a child with Anubhav.

The Kulshreshtha family is frustrated with Gungun’s lack of balance between her personal and professional life.

At the same time, Gungun feels a lack of love from both her family and Anubhav so she drowns herself in the load of work to forget about everything.

As per the spoiler of the Kabhi Kabhi serial, Anubhav finds an ideal wife in Akriti and decides to get back with her as Gungun is stubborn enough to not fulfil his wishes.

Meanwhile, Akriti traps Anubhav with her sweet talks and instigates him against Gungun.

In the upcoming twist of KKIS, Gungun will get diagnosed with a brain tumour while Armaan will come back to India to support Gungun.
