Later in the story, Virendra and Purvi fall for each other and confess their love while Prakashi is against their relationship.
Lead actress Priyal Mahajan as Purvi:
The beautiful actress, Priyal Mahajan is playing the lead role of Purvi in the serial. Purvi is a simple girl and dreams to get married to her love.
However, her father has some other plans and he tactfully gets her married to an old man, Virendra Pratap Singh in exchange for money.
Purvi refuses to stay with Virendra Pratap while later she falls for him. The simplicity that Priyal Mahajan brings in the character of Purvi is top-notch.
Lead actor Amar Upadhyay as Virendra Pratap Singh:
The famous actor, Amar Upadhyay who rose to fame with Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi is seen playing the lead role of Virendra Pratap Singh in the serial.
He brings an arrogant spark to his role and doesn’t express many emotions. The role is quite challenging while the actor stays true to the character.
Virendra Pratap loved his ex-wife Sakshi and wishes to save the mill named after her. He doesn’t show much of his emotions but inside he hides the pain he feels for his wife’s death.
Molkki serial review:
The story of Molkki is unique and allows the audience to view things from different perspectives.
The little details about the village and their customs bring new light to the otherwise amazingly written story.
The dialogues are well-written and well-versed while the performance of lead actors is a cherry on the cake.
Even the acting of Supriya Shukla as Prakashi steals away the hearts. The main element in the story is the realistic approach to each and every scene.
From Virendra Pratap’s entry to the poverty shown in Purvi’s household, the depiction gets the full attention of the viewers.
Overall Molkki (मोलक्की) serial is the best-suited example of the new-age drama serials that cover social issues.
