In the forthcoming episodes of Yeh H Mohabbatein, Karan will get suspicious about the changed look of Raman and will question Ishita about the same.

Up until now in YHM story, Arijit pushed Raman down from a multistory building with an intention to end his life. Luckily, Ishita managed to save his life.
