In the upcoming story of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara will return to Kasauli which might result in Abheer separating from her.

So far in the serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abheer had a death scare after hiding inside a trunk and was in a critical condition. 

However, Abhimanyu performs the successful surgery and saves Abheer's life.

These trying times fill Akshara and Abhinav with gratitude towards Abhimanyu for saving Abheer's life. 

However, according to the latest spoiler of YRKKH, Manjari tells Abhimanyu that Akshara has returned to Kasauli with Abheer.

This fills Abhimanyu with rage and he calls Akshara angrily, demanding she bring Abheer back right now.
