In the upcoming story of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the viewers can expect the serial to take a short leap.

So far in the story of YRKKH, Abhimanyu wins Abheer's custody which makes both Akshara and Abhinav crumble.

They then intentionally break Abheer's heart so he goes to the Birla house as per the law.

However, as per the latest news of Yeh Rishta, the show will be taking a short leap after which Akshara could be seen essaying a role of a lawyer. 

As per the upcoming twist, this leap is being introduced for the YRKKH serial to accelerate as now Akshara will have the motive to fight against the Birla's.
