In the upcoming story of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara will make a jam for Ruhi. 

So far in the serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Ruhi loved Akshara's jam that accidentally comes to Udaipur with Abhimanyu. 

However, the bottle gets broken during a tussle between Aarohi and Ruhi. 

Ruhi asks Abhimanyu to get more of it but Abhimanyu explains to her that one doesn't always get things that one wants and will have to stop chasing after them. 

Later, Ruhi feels traumatic after seeing Aarohi's critical condition at the hospital and refuses to eat or drink anything. 

According to the latest spoiler of YRKKH, Abhimanyu will call Abhinav to send a bottle of jam as a last resort and explains Ruhi and Aarohi's condition.

Meanwhile, Akshara is also suffering from a high fever and will get worried to hear about Aarohi.
