In the upcoming story of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we will see that the wait is over and the leap has happened.

So far in the serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the show was primed for a leap after Abhimanyu divorces Akshara after Neil's death and she loses her baby.
