Today's Anupama 10 April 2021 episode starts with Leela making fun of Rakhi with Anupama. Kinjal tells that test results will be emailed. Anupama asks Kinjal not to worry.

Meanwhile, Pandit informs Kavya that their marriage might not happen as there are many hurdles.

Vanraj calls Samar and tells him that Anupama will be happy if he participates and encourages him to participate. Samar agrees to participate.

Kavya prays to God for her marriage with Vanraj. She is worried about changing the situation.

At the Shah house, Leela and Rakhi take care of Kinjal while she is tensed about test results. She calls Toshu and they talk.

Samar talks to Anupama and informs her about Vanraj's talk with her. Nandini too talks with her. Anupama encourages them.

Kavya asks the lawyer about divorce details but he refuses.
