Today's Anupama 12th June 2023 episode starts with Samar asking what they are talking about and realizing that Kavya is pregnant with Vanraj's child.

Dimple says that Vanraj and Kavya could not wait for their marriage new to get a bit old before disclosing the news of the birth of a new brother or sister-in-law.

Samar agrees with Dimple and says that it is not their age to become parents again to which Anupama stops Samar midway and asks him why Kavya should not become a mother and stay happy.

Anupama says that Kavya is still healthy and can raise a child by herself so no one in the world has the right to say anything to her regarding her pregnancy.

Samar says that he is talking about Vanraj to which Leela also agrees that society will laugh at them if the pregnancy news gets revealed to the public.

Toshu asks Samar why he is being so resistant to the idea but was overjoyed when Anupama adopted Anu to which Samar replies that the adoption case was different from this.

As Toshu says that Kavya should not stay with them until the news of Samar-Dimple's wedding becomes old, Vanraj says that Kavya will stay with them only as she has the right.

Vanraj says that he does not care about what people would say as his prime focus is his child and Kavya.

However, Kavya tells Vanraj that they should give a bit of time to all the family members so that they can accept the news completely as she also needed time to digest the truth.

Vanraj tells Kavya that he wants to raise their child together and asks her to come to her home anytime she wants to which Kavya agrees happily.

Samar and Dimple go back upstairs and Leela says that Dimple has started to show her colors from now only, confirming that she and Leela will not be well together.

Anupama tries to calm down Leela but Leela says that Anupama will go away to America and will not even return which makes Anupama remember the upcoming responsibilities over her.

While Anupama takes her leave from the Shahs, Anuj sits in his room and watches the clips of him and Anupama from the wedding functions through a projector.

Maaya comes in front of Anupama's face and asks Anuj why he and Anupama were staring at each other the whole wedding to which Anuj again repeats that Anupama is everything to him.

Knowing what Anupama is to Anuj, Maaya asks Anuj what is there in Anupama that she lacks while Anuj smiles to himself.

Maaya asks Anuj how come Anupama does not suspect or get angry at him even after knowing that he is staying with another woman to which Anuj replies that Anupama trusts him.

As Maaya asks what Anuj would do if Anupama does not come back, Anuj says that it is his fault that they could not be together anymore but he will never let any third person come between them.

Meanwhile, Anupama and Kanta sit together and Kanta asks Anupama if she would be able to live away from Anuj.

Anupama says that she has to do it as she cannot look back into the past now and has to move forward with each step in her life toward her goal.

Anuj calls Anupama and asks her if they can meet once as he wishes to see her before she leaves for America to which Anupama agrees happily.

Anuj fixes the time at 10 am the next day at a cafe but Anupama gets Malti Devi's call and hangs up on Anuj quickly.

Malti Devi tells Anupama that she is holding a press conference at 10 am the next day which puts Anupama in a tough spot as she watches Anuj message her the time.

After Malti Devi hangs up, Leela calls and asks Anupama to come to their house at 9 am the next day for Samar and Dimple's rituals.
