Today's Anupama 13th June 2023 episode starts with Anupama telling Leela that she would not be able to go to their house the next day which leaves Leela disappointed.

Leela asks Anupama to aid Malti Devi and forget all her relationships and duties as she is leaving for America after choosing to abandon everything she has.

Anupama tells Leela that the case is not like that and she has to be there at the Gurukul the next day at 10 am for an important reason.

Leela tells Anupama that she is very scared about Dimple's behavior and only sees destruction in her which would destroy their family and house slowly.

Anupama says that no person is perfect and they have to work together to make a relationship perfect with time to which Leela agrees and says that she stays relieved if Anupama is present but now that is not going to happen.

Dimple hears Leela talking to Anupama and makes a sour face as she walks away from there.

After Anupama hangs up, she calls Anuj and tells him that she will not be able to meet him the next day as she has to go to the Gurukul.

Anupama says that she is choosing responsibility over love in the same way he did while Anuj smiles and says that it is fine if she cannot come to meet him.

Meanwhile, Samar panics as he refused the family members for the first night decoration in the room but now wants to surprise Dimple with something special.

Samar decorates the whole room with rose petals and candles and positions the fan in such a way so that he can shower petals over Dimple as soon as she enters.

However, Leela enters the room and gets showered by the rose petals which leaves Samar shocked after which Toshu, Kinjal, and Dimple enter the room.

Kinjal and Toshu try to take Leela out of the room but Leela asks everyone to leave except Dimple as she needs to talk to her.

After everyone leaves, Leela gives Dimple a necklace set but Dimple makes an unsatisfied face seeing the old cliche design and tells the same to Leela.

Leela says that she has two more sets for Dimple which she would give year by year if Dimple stays with them to which Dimple replies that Leela maybe not be there by that time.

Dimple gets silent as she understands that she crossed the line while Leela says that she would like to have a bit more time as the family will fall apart without her.

Leela tells Dimple that she will wait for Dimple to adjust and accept the family as her own and announces that Samar and Dimple cannot stay together that night as it is not "shubh".

Dimple gets angry on hearing that and asks Samar why he did not say anything but Samar says that it is a matter of one night and hugs Dimple before she leaves to sleep with Leela.

On her way, Dimple bumps into Kinjal and asks her why she did not tell Leela anything about this ridiculous decision to which Kinjal says that elders have a different viewpoint toward life than them.

Dimple says that Kinjal decided to become Anupama by her choice but she would remain Dimple only and will not change into an ideal daughter-in-law.

At the same time, Anupama prepares for the next day and Kanta tells her that she has taken the correct decision and should focus on that only.

Anupama chooses her saree and the next day prays to the Tulsi tree for the prosperity of her family so that they can remain happy together.
