Today's Anupama 13th March 2023 episode starts with Anuj asking Anupama how she could say the phrase “for the last time” knowing that Anu will be gone from their life forever.

Anupama tells Anuj that he has to understand the situation and accept the fact that Anu is no longer with them and they cannot bring Maaya using any legal power.

Anuj goes silent as Anupama asks him if he is ready to take Anu to the court and fight the case with Maaya knowing that Anu will suffer the most.

Barkha and Ankush also back up Anupama and tell Anuj that now, Anu is at least coming to say goodbye to them and that is the most they can do for her.

Anuj asks everyone to shut their mouths and asks Anupama if she did not feel any pain while uttering “the last time.”

Anupama tells Anuj that a mother’s pain is silent and shatters everything inside even though tears may not come out.

As Anupama talks about her heartbreaking pain as a mother, Anuj asks her about the pain of a father and if it means nothing in front of a mother’s pain.

Anuj tells Anupama that the real reason the entire situation is so easy for her is that she has her three kids with her.

Anuj talks about how he always supports her, rushing to her kids under any minor inconvenience but now, Anupama is just watching and asking him to accept that his daughter is going to go forever.

Anupama stands there blankly while Anuj says that he cannot even imagine a life without his daughter as he does not have any other lifeline from Anu, unlike Anupama.

Anuj says that he will do anything to bring Anu back as he cannot just sit around idly without doing anything while his daughter gets separated from him.

Anupama tells Anuj that they only have the choice to convince Maaya that Anu is happy with them as Maaya has the most rights to Anu legally.

Anuj walks away from Anupama while the others comfort her saying that Anuj said everything in anger and did not mean it.

At Shah House, Kavya blames herself for ruining everything in Anuj and Anupama’s life as her revelation about Maaya led to the current situation.

Kinjal asks Kavya to stop blaming herself while Samar tells them that Anuj and Anupama had a huge fight in the Kapadia mansion.

At Kapadia Mansion, Anuj goes berserk and throws around things in his room not being able to contain his anger.

After a bit, Anupama comes into the room and spots Anuj sitting on the floor with things lying around everywhere.

Anupama apologizes to Anuj if she ever made him feel that she is not a good mother and tells him that that is the last chance they will get to get back Anu.

Anupama tells Anuj that she will do anything and everything needed to convince Maaya to return Anu while Anuj asks her to bring Anu at any cost.

Later, the Shah family discusses the matter when Leela says that Maaya might want something more in exchange for Anu which is why she is returning.
