Today's Anupama 19th June 2023 episode starts with Maya waking up with a headache and seeing Anuj romancing Anupama and screaming at them to stop it.

Maya gets frustrated seeing Anuj holding Anupama close and realises that she was hallucinating.

Meanwhile, Baa and Pakhi taunt Maya for being shameless but Dimple bashes them for calling a mentally ill patient a shameless woman sidelining her condition.

Pakhi and Dimple lock horns putting each other down by Dimple reminding Pakhi about her drama of lying down on the road the other day.

Dimple mocks Pakhi for having an estranged relationship with her husband and rushing back to her maayka every next day.

Pakhi and Dimple get into an argument while Vanraj- Baa gets agitated and Baa screams at Dimple asking both Dimple and Pakhi to leave her house.

Elsewhere, Anuj musters that he cannot let Maya affect Anu and should take her to a mental hospital for proper treatment.

In the meantime, Maya gets nervous as Anuj's voice echoes in her ears confessing his love to Anupama.

On the other hand, Kanta asks Anupama the reason for going to Shah's house and Anupama tells her that she will know when she reaches there.

Kanta tells Anupama to keep her distance from the Shahs as they are again trying to clip her wing by pressuring her.

Anupama assures her that she will not let anyone suppress her by asking her to cook something sweet for her.

She cuts the call and mumbles that it is what it is and she will face everything head-on.

At the Shah house, Dimple bashes Baa for asking her to leave the house within a day and calls her a bully.

She mocks Baa for misbehaving with everyone as she reminds her that she could not handle her putting back in her place.

Dimple blames Baa for all the fights in the Shah house telling her that her rule is over and she needs to give respect to get it back.

She promises Baa that she will not step out of the house no matter how much she tries.

Just then, Vanraj shocks everyone by throwing a vase while the neighbours make fun of the family.

Vanraj shouts at Dimple for misbehaving with Baa and taunts Samar for forgetting his old relations warning him to leave his house along with his wife.

Dimple refuses to follow Vanraj's order and Baa taking the blame tells everyone that she will leave the house asking everyone to not follow her.

Baa walks out of the house as tears stream down her eyes and gets heartbroken seeing the neighbours mocking her family.

Meanwhile, Maya treading down assumes Anuj and Anupama dancing closely with each other and turns red in anger as she sees Anuj confessing his love to Anupama.

She gets enraged hearing Anuj assuring Anupama that he and Chhoti will come along with her to America and embrace each other.

Maya runs to separate them and hugs Anuj while Anuj pushes her away to hug Anupama.

Anupama states that Maya cannot do anything as they will send her to the mental centre making Maya scream and realise that her imagination is overpowering her.

Maya remembers Anuj shrugging her off and repents making Anuj upset and decides to pacify Anuj before losing him to Anupama.

Elsewhere, Anupama sees Baa sitting on the bench and Baa hugs her seeing and starts sobbing telling Anupama that her house has shattered.

Baa tells Anupama that though she has committed a lot of mistakes but now she has left Shah's house after losing her all as the family sees her as the villain.

She cries her heart out as she tells Anupama that nobody is happy living with her telling Anupama that she will live in an old age house when Baapuji returns back.

Baa tells Anupama that she will hand over everything and leave as the kids these days are allergic to everything that is old leaving Anupama baffled.
