Today's Anupama 19th March 2023 episode starts with Anupama stopping Anuj from leaving and asking him to talk to her but Anuj does not make eye contact with her.

Anupama says that they all are in grief because of Anu leaving, but Anuj has stopped living his life, which is not how it should be.

As Anuj tries to walk away, Anupama holds onto him tightly and tells him she will not let him go until he talks to her.

Anuj remains silent and avoids Anupama but she remains stern in her intentions and tells him that Anu is with Maaya now and that is the reality of the present.

As Anupama continues to push Anuj by asking him why he is behaving like that and hurting himself, Anuj finally gives up and bursts into anger.

Anuj screams that he does not want to talk to anyone as he starts throwing things in all directions and acts like a madman.

Admitting that he has turned crazy, Anuj tells Anupama that he does not want to talk to her but Anupama still says that he has to converse with her about himself and them.

Ankush, Barkha, and Dimple come out to the living room hearing the ruckus and get shocked to see Anuj behaving in such a way.

Anuj says that Anupama did not keep her promise to fight against Maaya till the end for Anu and even stopped him from fighting for his daughter.

Anupama listens with a dreadful expression as Anuj says that Anupama and others do not care at all that Anu is gone as that does not matter to them but he is unable to go on with his regular life.

Anuj tells Anupama that she did not feel any loss as she still has all her three children with her for whom she fights everyone all the time.

Anupama becomes silent as Anuj asks her why she did not put up a fight for Anu the way she does if any of her biological children get hurt anytime.

Anuj continues to outbursts in anger and says that he does not talk or look at Anupam because doing so reminds him of how he failed to protect his daughter.

Anupama gets shocked as Anuj says that even though she was his pride and honor in the past, now she is nothing more than a reminder of his loss.

Anuj says that he feels suffocated to breathe the same air as Anupama as it reminds him of how he lost his daughter forever.

Anupama continues to cry and starts breathing heavily while Dheeraj and Devika appear at the door shouting surprise in a happy mood.

However, they soon realize the utterly gloomy atmosphere as Anuj leaves the living room and Anupama almost passes out in Devika’s arms.

Later, Devika gets to know everything and asks Anupama why she did not inform her anything and how Anuj is behaving like that without noticing her pain at all.

Dheeraj asks Anuj what he is doing and why he is blaming Anupama for everything knowing that Anu was meant to go with Maaya from the start.

Anuj and Anupama get to know that Dheeraj and Devika have decided to marry each other and had come to give that happy news to them.

Anuj congratulates Dheeraj for his happiness while Dheeraj tells Anuj not to let Anupama go away from him after Anu has already left.
