Today's Anupama 1st February 2023 episode starts with Barkha and Ankush telling Anuj that Maaya’s entry into their house is bad news for them and that should not happen.

Barkha says that everyone settles down in their house once they come and they need to do something about this Maaya.

Anuj tells Barkha and Ankush that Anupama is doing what is right but he does not have that big of a heart and just wants his daughter back.

Ankush and Barkha tell Anuj that they will look into Maya through their means as they need to bend the ways to get information on that woman.

Anuj asks Ankush and Barkha to look into Maaya and her past so that they get to know what type of person this Maaya is.

Meanwhile, Anupama and Maaya discuss the things needed to celebrate Anu’s birthday and what they need to buy.

Barkha tries to ask Maaya about Anu’s father but Maya shuts her up by saying that she does not need to know such a thing.

Maaya says she wants to make something special by making a cake for Anu, but Anupama says she is already making one.

With Anupama and Maaya want to make cakes, they make two cakes for Anu’s birthday.

Anu gets happy on seeing both mothers making cakes for her together and joins them with excitement and joy.

Anuj stares at them in the kitchen when Ankush tells him that he has found something on Maaya that Anuj needs to know.

Anuj follows Ankush and gets to know something shocking but decides to reveal it after Anu’s birthday as he does not want to ruin Anu’s happiness.

Meanwhile, Leela asks Kavya to take Vanraj along with her to London in an attempt to stop her but Kavya asks Leela to come as the brand ambassador of knee pain oil.

Hasmukh gets a call from Anu who asks everyone to come to her birthday party the next day.

Both Kavya and Hasmukh promise to go there on time for the party but get shocked as Anu tells them that her two mothers are preparing the party together.

After Anu hangs up, Vanraj and Leela reveal that Maaya is Anu’s biological mother which leaves everyone stunned.

Coming back, Anupama tells Anuj that they need to go shopping together for Anu’s birthday party as they need to buy many things.

Anuj tells Anupama that Maaya must be coming with them and asks her to ask Maaya about her past.

Anupama understands that Anuj knows something that he is not telling her.

At the same time, Toshu prepares a huge gift for Anu while Vanraj and Leela scold him for spending so much on the gift.

Toshu says that he is investing so that Maaya becomes happy with him and he can enter the business in the event industry.

Back to Anupama, she spots Maaa making handmade cards and joins her to do that so that, both can give one to Anu.

Maaya looks at Anupama’s card and says that her card is not good-looking compared to Anupama’s one.

Anupama tells Maaya that daughters only see their mother’s efforts, not the output in terms of physical looks.

Maaya shows Anupama the photos of Anu’s childhood days and tells her how she visited Anu in the ashram in secret when Anupama asks her why she did not meet Anu directly in the past.
