Today's Anupama 23rd March 2023 episode starts with Anuj and Anupama bumping into each other and Anupama holding onto Anuj so that he does not leave her hold.

Anupama stares at Anuj with hopeful eyes wishing that Anuj would deny everything he said back there but Anuj does not match Anupama’s eye contact.

Instead, Anuj steps back from Anupama and stands at a distance leaving Anupama upset and worried about their relationship.

Anupama asks Anuj not to keep silent and say everything that is in his heart regarding the present situation as it is necessary for him to let go of that baggage.

Placing her hand over Anuj’s chest, Anupama asks him to speak up about what he is thinking but Anuj remains silent.

Anuj moves away from Anupama’s reach and laughs hysterically as Anupama says that she is incredible pain because of Anuj’s behavior toward her.

Anuj asks Anupama what pain she is talking about as he saw her smiling wide at the Holi festival earlier.

Anupama says that Anuj thinks that Anu’s leaving does not mean anything to her but that is not the truth.

Asking for a way to make Anuj believe how much pain she is in, Anupama says it would be believable if there was an x-ray machine to measure the pain in her heart.

Anuj does not seem impressed with Anupama’s words and says that he is left alone with Anupama being happy with her children and blood-related family.

Anuj says that it was only Anu who remained in his heart but now his heart has become an empty shell with no one in there.

Devika tries to interfere with Anuj but Dheeraj stops her as Anuj and Anupama have to face it by themselves.

Meanwhile, Hasmukh worries about Anuj and Anupama and feels a bit dizzy making everyone worried.

Anuj says that he does not feel like looking at Anupama’s face now as it reminds him of his failure to keep his daughter with him.

Anupama stands there blankly as Anuj says that he feels suffocated staying in that house and she asks Anuj if their relationship is also suffocating for him.

Anuj replies that there is nothing left between them now and their relationship has become nothing more than a tag.

As Anupama asks Anuj if he hates her now after loving her for 26 years, Anuj says that he can never hate Anupama but he is not sure if he loves her anymore.

Anuj says that he does not want to stay in that relationship anymore as there is nothing left between him and Anupama which breaks Anupama’s heart into pieces.

Devika is done with Anuj now and steps into the conversation, asking Anuj if he has lost his mind to say those things to Anupama.

Devika reminds Anuj that Anu went with Maaya of her free will and it was not Anupama’s fault anyhow.

With anger in her eyes, Devika says that Anuj is not at all different than Vanraj and he proved that earlier.

Devika asks Anuj why he did not stop Maaya if he was so desperate and always expects Anupama will do everything.

Anuj asks Devika to stay out of his and Anupama’s matter and leaves after saying that he meant every word he said earlier.
