Anupama 24th August 2023 Written Update

Today's Anupama 24th August 2023 episode starts with the Kapadia family sitting at the breakfast table the next morning and preparing plans for the rest of the day.

Pakhi and Adhik's lovey-dovey act cringes everyone

Anupama looks worried about whatever is going on with Pakhi and Adhik while Anuj holds Anupama's hands and assures her that everything will be all right.

Pakhi and Adhik come to the dining table as a lovey-dovey couple and Adhik pulls the chair for Pakhi to sit in first.

Romil says "fake" suddenly catching everyone's attention and corrects himself by telling the others that he is talking about the profile photo of someone on social media.

Anupama glares at Adhik and Pakhi while Adhik pours juice for Pakhi and asks her to eat and drink everything that has been prepared.

Without being able to control her anger, Anupama bursts out and asks Pakhi and Adhik to stop their drama as Adhik can beat Pakhi again if he has done it twice already.

Pakhi asks Anupama to stop ruining her marriage and stands up in anger when Anupama says that she wants the best for Pakhi.

However, the entire scene turns out to be Anupama's imagination and she suppresses her anger by standing silently while Pakhi serves breakfast and feeds Adhik.

Dimple feels lonely without the family

Meanwhile, the Shahs get busy on a cleaning streak and Hasmukh requests Kinjal to give him some work so that he can be of some help to them.

Kinjal refuses at first but Hasmukh chooses to replace the cushion covers while Leela compliments Kavya for working and not making the excuse of pregnancy.

Hasmukh and Leela start to have cute banter on the topic of how Leela made Anupama work for her whole pregnancy while Leela complains that Moti Baa (Hasmukh's mother) also did the same.

Dimple comes there and starts smiling seeing Hasmukh and Leela arguing while Kinjal asks them to stop before they start a fight.

Everyone laughs creating a good atmosphere while Leela stops Dimple and hands her the broom and rug which leaves Dimple confused.

Leela asks Dimple to clean her part of the house as they are done with their part already, making Dimple make a frustrated face.

Pakhi refuses to work at the office

At the same time, Anuj and Ankush plan what to discuss at the office after which Anuj asks Anupama to come to the office with Pakhi.

Adhik says that he will bring Pakhi with him as he has a meeting but Anuj asks him to take a break from work.

Pakhi says that she was thinking of taking a break which makes Anupama frown and she asks Pakhi and Adhik to stop with their baby act.

Anupama asks Pakhi to maintain professionalism and get ready but Pakhi says that Adhik should lead the project as he is more talented than her.

As Anupama and Pakhi start to argue, Anuj asks them to stop and leaves after warning Pakhi to stop being childish in professional matters.

Elsewhere, Dimple unwillingly mops the floor with a lot of water and Samar is disappointed as he hears that Dimple did not cook any breakfast.

Leela feeds Samar something and sends him best wishes for his work after which she asks Dimple to work properly as the mopping is not proper.

After finishing cleaning, Dimple feels hungry and sneakily eats Dhokla from the fridge which Leela notices but decides not to tell Dimple as she would never scold anyone for eating food.

Romil feels emotionally connected to Anupama

Everyone leaves the breakfast table after which Romil comments that Pakhi is too blind to see Adhik's plan and stands up which makes a packet of cigarettes fall to the floor.

Anupama is shocked to see such a thing in Romil's pocket while Romil comments that everyone smokes these days as it is a style statement.

However, Anupama explains to Romil that he should do imitate the bad habits of others but accept the good things he sees.

Romil's eyes sparkle as Anupama pats his shoulder gently and says that smoking is very harmful to his health and she does not want him to harm himself.

As Romil says that he needs to get high, Anupama asks him to get addicted to music as he is blessed in that field with Romil pouting like a child.

Romil feels a bit emotional as Anupama lovingly compliments him and asks him to record himself the next time, he plays the guitar.

Anupama gets a message from Kinjal asking her to visit the Shah house on her way to the office.
