Today's Anupama 28th February 2023 episode starts with Anupama asking Maaya what she meant when she just said that Anupama will not understand whatever they are talking about.

Anuj and Maaya get silent leaving Anupama confused and she asks Anuj if he is hiding anything from her.

Anuj replies with a yes and tells Anupama that he cannot hide anything from her and needs to tell her that Anu ate a lot of chocolates and slept without brushing her teeth.

Anupama laughs hearing Anuj and tells him that these things are fine sometimes and he does not need to stress regarding those.

Meanwhile, Kavya tells Vanraj that she heard all those things that he said about her to Anupama the previous night.

Kavya reminds Vanraj about his words regarding how he has never been happy with her and his heart does not feel at peace with her.

Vanraj tells Kavya that she is misunderstanding the whole situation while Kavya says that her misunderstanding is being cleared slowly.

Kavya announces that from now on, she will stop trying to become the ideal wife and fit into Vanraj’s “hum saath saath hain” family and instead, will do whatever is good for her.

At the same time, Anuj and Anupama share a hug with each other while Maaya takes out her bags and gets jealous seeing them.

Anupama tells Anuj that she has something to tell him and is about to start talking but Maaya interrupts them by asking about her charger.

Anupama asks Anuj to come inside and get fresh first before they can talk out things with each other.

Coming back, Kavya says that there is nothing left between Vanraj and her and she has stopped caring about him altogether.

Kavya calls Vanraj selfish and says that Anupama was right when she said that Vanraj cannot belong to a single person.

At the Kapadia’s, Anupama, Anuj, Anu, and Maaya sit together and discuss the picnic regarding the activities and other things when Anupama discovers Anuj’s injury on his arm.

Anuj lies again and says that he slipped while Anupama gets a bit taken aback seeing Anuj’s wound wrapped by Maaya’s saree.

Maaya tells Anupama that the authorities were already sleeping that night, so she covered the wound with her saree.

Kavya and Anirudh come to a café to discuss things further where Anirudh tells Kavya that she subconsciously wanted to make Vanraj jealous which Kavya accepts.

As they discuss things about their break up and Kavya marrying Vanraj, Anirudh tells Kavya that she should not live like that being suffocated anymore.

Anirudh asks Kavya if she wants to start fresh with him once more but Kavya denies Anirudh’s offer, saying that she wants to focus on her career only.

Talking about work, Anirudh asks Kavya to make things clear with Maaya as she is a big shark in their industry.

Meanwhile, Anuj and Anupama both tell each other that they have something they want to share and Anupama changes the dressing of Anuj’s wound.

Maaya stresses thinking about what Anuj and Anupama are talking about in their room.

Anupama tells Anuj about her night stay at the Shahs and says that Vanraj said something very wrong which spikes Anuj's attention.
