Today's Anupama 29th September 2022 episode starts with Anupama comparing Kinjal’s current situation with her past and states that she was also pressured and that is why she wants Kinjal to make her own decision.

Vanraj joins his hands while Leela begs Kinjal’s legs to let them take her back home.

Kinjal gets into a big dilemma but announces to come back to Shah's house, making Anupama shocked.

Vanraj and Leela feel happy while Kinjal goes to pack her bags.

Meanwhile, Vanraj warns Anupama to not provoke Kinjal anymore while Leela taunts her saying not to break his son’s family.

Anupama replies angrily and tells Vanraj that she knows his tactics. 

Moreover, Anupama says that marriage is not the center of rectifying mistakes while Vanraj asks Anupama not to interfere and be an actress in Kinjal’s life.

Anupama says she will not say anything but if Kinjal gets a problem, she will not keep quiet.

Kinjal apologizes to Anupama but Anupama affirms Kinjal that she will always stand by her side despite any decision.

Kinjal tells Anupama that she is just trying to fight, unaware of whether she will win or lose while Anupama cries when Leela takes Kinjal away.

At Shah’s house, Hasmukh feels happy seeing Arya while Paritosh and Kinjal eye each other.

Meanwhile, Barkha tries to put salt on Anupama's wounds, saying that Kinjal should not give another chance to Paritosh while Anupama smartly says as Anuj gave Ankush and Barkha a chance, the same way Kinjal is trying.

Meanwhile, Anuj and Anu enter the house an upset Anu goes to her room because Arya left. 

While Anuj and Anupama discuss Kinjal's battle at Shah's house, Rakhi gets shocked to know that Kinjal has gone back. 

At Shah House, Kinjal clears the air, saying she has come back for the family, not for Paritosh.

Paritosh promises Kinjal that he will not irritate her and caresses Arya.

At the Kapadia's, Rakhi complains to Anupama, fearing Kinjal’s situation there.

Further, Rakhi angrily says that now she will do what she needs to do as a mother.

Anuj and Anupama ask Rakhi to believe in Kinjal’s decision but Rakhi has some other plans while Anuj also advises Anupama to let Rakhi take the lead.
