Today's Anupama 2nd March 2023 episode starts with Kavya returning to the Shah house and Leela taunting her about her meeting with her ex-husband, Anirudh.

Kavya sarcastically says that Anirudh is her friend, in the same way, Vanraj was her friend in the past but this angers Vanraj and he asks Kavya if she is doing this to take revenge on him.

Without justifying herself in front of Vanraj, Kavya asks him to think about whatever he wants and leaves there.

Hasmukh asks Leela and Vanraj to get invested in the Maha Shivratri puja instead of fighting with others as he wants all the couples to sit at the puja together and get blessed by Lord Shiva.

Meanwhile, Anupama stitches garlands when her eyes fall on Maaya smiling at something on her tablet.

Anu joins Anupama and asks her where Anuj is to which Anupama lovingly answers that he is on his way along with Ankush and Barkha.

Maaya asks Anu to join her in watching the picnic photos but Anu asks her to wait while she converses with Anupama.

Anuj comes home and hugs Anu lovingly while Ankush understands that Anuj’s problem involves Maaya.

At the same time, Kavya feels guilty after hiding the truth from Anupama about Maaya loving Anuj as Anupama has always stood beside her even though she destroyed her life.

Kavya asks herself what she should do now while Vanraj comes and asks Kavya to sit with him at the puja.

As Kavya tells Vanraj that they do not have the relationship to sit at the puja as a couple, Vanraj tells her to do it for Hasmukh or else go to hell.

The next morning, Anupama puts water on the tulsi plant and prays to the Sun god for her family’s happiness.

Anupama spots Maaya watering the plants and learns that Maaya is also keeping a fast for her happiness in life.

Later, Anuj comes to the living room calling for Anupama but bumps into Maaya instead.

As Anupama comes, Anuj asks her to sew the button of his shirt as he has a conference call in 10 minutes and he has forgotten the passcode of the closet.

Anupama gently scolds Anuj for being so careless and says she has to do his work instead of all the house chores.

Maaya interrupts Anupama and Anuj and says that she can sew the button as she is free but both Anuj and Anupama say no to her at the same time.

While Anupama leaves to get the thread and needle, Maaya asks Anuj if he is avoiding her due to guilt to which Anuj replies that he does not have any guilt as he has done nothing wrong.

Anupama comes back and sews the button of Anuj while Maaya stares at them with jealous-filled eyes.

Later, all the family members of the Shahs and Kapadia's sit at the Shiv puja together.

Vanraj thanks Kavya for sitting at the puja with him while Kavya makes it clear that she is there only due to Hasmukh’s happiness.

Anuj says that he has also kept fast for his and Anupama’s relationship while Maaya burns in envy sitting behind them.

Kavya gets texts from Maaya saying she has also kept the fast and also tells Kavya about the client giving her some assignments for her smooth career
