Anupama 2nd September 2023 Written Update

Today's Anupama 2nd September 2023 episode starts with Anupama questioning Leela why she is throwing her daughter-in-law out of the house for a mistake that her son also committed years back.

Anupama asks Leela to calm down and let her anger cool for a bit as a person's judgement gets clouded in anger and they always make the wrong decisions.

Agreeing that Leela has every reason and right to hate Kavya for what she has done, Anupama reminds everyone that even though they hate Kavya, they cannot impose that hate on Kavya's child.

Anupama says that Leela says that children are the avatars of God themself and this child has not even come to the world yet.

Giving Ankush and Romil's example, Anupama questions why the child always has to bear the burden of their parent's fault.

Anupama says that they should do good talks around Kavya as their culture depicts that a child can hear everything from their mother's wombs only but they are saying such vulgar things in front of Kavya's unborn child.

Meanwhile, Anuj spots Pakhi talking to Adhik on a video call and telling him that Anupama is stuck in the Shah house which is why she has to handle everything.

Adhik tells Pakhi that he will help her in completing things but she should not tell Anuj about it because Anuj is angry at him for now.

Anuj thinks to himself that Adhik's new strategy of manipulation is more dangerous than physical violence as it does not leave any trace of abuse.

At the same time, Adhik hangs up the call and tells Barkha to book their favourite restaurant as they need to celebrate after Romil gets thrown out of the house.

Romil comes up to Adhik suddenly and asks him why he sat on his iPad which makes Adhik and Barkha nervous for a moment after which Romil murmurs that it is Adhik who will have to answer things to everyone.

Back at the Shah house, everyone sits peacefully and remains silent when Anupama asks Kavya to say anything she wants.

Kavya says that she has made a grave mistake but confesses that it was because she became weak for a moment with her vulnerability taking over.

Kavya says that she loves Vanraj and this family very much which is why she could not bear to keep the matter a secret anymore and wanted to be honest with everyone.

Folding her hands in front of Leela, Kavya says that she does not expect forgiveness but is asking for punishment from her for her deeds.

Leela says that she does not want Kavya in her house anymore and asks Toshu and Kinjal to help Kavya collect her things so that she can leave the house and raise her own kid with Vanraj free to join Kavya if he wants.

Kavya asks Leela not to throw her out of the house but Leela does not listen to her and tries to hold her hand but Anupama stops Leela and says that it is all right that Leela has arrived at that decision.

Anupama says that she thought Leela would understand as a woman but agrees with the situation after which she asks Kavya to come with her.

Anupama says that Anuj will never deny Kavya living with them and continues to walk away when Vanraj says that Kavya will not go anywhere.

Leela asks Vanraj what he is doing to which Vanraj replies that he is redeeming for his past mistakes by accepting Kavya and her baby.

Vanraj asks Leela why women are expected to forgive the men and not the opposite way as he still loves Kavya and does not want her to suffer.
