Today's Anupama 30th January 2023 episode starts with Anuj asking Anupama what she is trying to do by bringing Maaya into their house.

Anuj says that Anupama knows how much he detests Maaya when she comes near Anu but still Anupama promised Anu that Maaya will live with them.

While Anuj complains about not discussing the matter with him before telling Anu, Anupama apologizes to Anuj and says that this needs to be done to solve everything.

Anupama asks Anuj what he will do in the future if Maaya comes with the court’s order to take Anu with her or if Anu herself falls sick after whining for Maaya.

Anupama says that she understands Maaya from a mother’s perspective and she is not wrong to want her daughter back now that she can raise her.

Anuj asks Anupama what guarantee there is that Maaya will not apply any cheap tricks while she is here with them to get Anu out of there.

Anupama tells Anuj that there is no guarantee about what is about to happen but they can hope that God helps them to solve this matter without losing their daughter.

With hesitant words, Anuj asks Anupama if she is trying to get rid of her responsibilities as Anu’s mother by giving her away to Maaya.

Anupama gets shocked upon hearing Anuj’s question and says that she would be dead before even thinking such a thing.

A mother has only motherhood and loves in her heart that she can give away to her children and Anupama has never once thought of Anu anything other than her daughter.

Anuj finds it difficult to accept the reality that Maaya has rights over Anu as her biological mother while he is tied up as her father who loves her the most.

Anuj runs outside to vent his frustration after which Anupama comes and tries to calm him down.

Anupama says that she is also scared about what will happen but they cannot snatch Anu’s rights for their own satisfaction.

Anupama tells Anuj that Anu has to make a choice for herself and decide with whom she wants to spend her future life.

Anuj visibly hyperventilates while Anupama says that they will have to give up if Anu decides to live with Maaya as nothing comes first from Anu’s happiness.

Anupama kisses Anuj on his cheek to assure him that everything will be all right while she calls Maaya.

After Maaya picks up, Anupama tells her that they have decided that she should come to their house and live with them.

Later, Barkha tells Ankush that Maaya is a bit of a shady person as she does “private” events and sends models abroad which is not okay.

Anupama and Anuj watch Anu looking at her and Maaya’s photo while telling her that they have asked Maaya to come.

Maaya arrives a bit later with Anuj’s family photo shattering into pieces as soon as she enters the house.

Anupama tells Maaya that she has called her there to give her an equal opportunity to fight for Anu and asks her not to act sneaky with her tricks.

Anupama says that she will give Maaya 15 days to show her love to Anu after which she has to leave if Anu decides to stay with Anuj & Anupama.
