Today's Anupama 31st January 2023 episode starts with Anupama proposing to Maaya that she will leave their house empty-handed if Anu chooses to stay with them after 15 days.

Maaya gets shocked to hear Anupama’s proposal while Anupama also promises that they will step back from claiming Anu if Anu chooses her over them.

Anupama asks Maaya if she is ready to take this challenge and let Anu take her decision while coming in front of the temple.

Anupama arranges 15 betel nuts on a leap in front of the god and asks Maaya to take the matchstick if she accepts the challenge.

Maaya thinks for a moment and accepts the challenge as she lights up the diya with the matchstick.

Keeping her hands on the betel nuts, Maaya says that she will leave quietly if Anu chooses her over Anupama and Anuj.

Anupama also swears that they will surrender if Anu decides to go to Maaya instead of living with them.

After the proposal gets set, Maaya tells Anupama that it Is Anu’s birthday two days later which lights up Anupama’s mood.

Anupama welcomes Maaya into her house and shows her the room in which she will be staying.

Coming to Anuj, Anupama spots him walking around restlessly as he cannot digest the fact that Maaya will be staying with them.

Anuj says that he does not trust a woman like Maaya who has already left her child once in the past.

Staring at Anupama, Anuj notices Anupama avoiding eye contact and asks her if she has already promised something to Maaya.

Anupama timidly answers that she has given 15 days to Maaya to win Anu’s heart or else she has to leave their lives.

Anuj asks Anupama what will happen if Maaya succeeds in winning Anu’s heart to which Anupama emotionally says that Anu will leave them.

Anuj has a nervous breakdown on hearing that and tells Anupama that she did not the right thing by promising such a thing without telling him.

Meanwhile, Toshu and his assistant prepare the food orders for their new business while Hasmukh asks them what they will do if no order comes in.

Vanraj and Leela come and Vanraj tells Toshu to prepare thoroughly for his business or else do a job.

Toshu assures Vanraj that he will big this time with his idea but Vanraj and Leela do not pay any attention to his words.

Kavya prepares to leave for somewhere while Vanraj stops her and asks her where she is going.

As Kavya replies that she is going for her visa, Vanraj reminds her that he had refused her from going to London.

Kavya also reminds Vanraj that she has rejected his offer and has decided to go there.

Returning, Anupama tells Anuj that Anu’s birthday is in the next two days and says they will celebrate it grandly this time.

The next day, Anuj and Anupama spot Maaya and Anu chanting prayers to the god together.

As Anupama tells Anu that the next day is her birthday, Anu runs to Anupama and Anuj to demand her wishes while Maaya stands blankly.

After Anu leaves, Anuj and Maaya start arguing over Anu again but Anupama stops them as they need to plan everything.

Anuj says that Anupama and Maaya have forgotten that a father is present there who loves his daughter more than anything.

Anuj tells Anupama that she did whatever she wanted, and now he will do whatever is necessary from his side.
