Today's Anupama 31st March 2023 episode starts with Anupama starts mindlessly out of the window as Bhavesh washes the utensils and brings warm Khichdi for her to eat.

When he sits beside her and offers her to eat, Anupama declines by showing him her hand while Bhavesh tries his best to urge her to speed.

He tells her that she is the strength of this house, and if she won't eat, they cannot eat in peace as well.

Anupama's lip wobbles and Bhavesh then requests her to make him eat with her hand since he can't stay hungry.

Anupama gives him a few scoops of food but breaks down later.

Just then, Kanta appears and asks Anupama to eat something.

However, after Bhavesh ties her hair, Anupama lays her head on Kanta's lap who states there will be a new beginning in Anupama's life now.

Meanwhile, Anuj wakes up and imagines Anupama waking him up with Sambrani and her wet hair.

However, he realizes that he doesn't even know where Anupama must be when Choti Anu comes with Sambrani into the room and confronts Anuj if he fought with Anupama.

Anuj stays silent but Maaya comes and answers Anu, stating since it is Navratri, that's why Anupama hasn't come with Anuj but Choti's heart doesn't get placated by the answer.

Meanwhile, Kanta tries to wake up Anupama who says that her Sun (Anuj) hasn't arrived.

Kanta reminds Anupama that since today is Navratri, she should wake up early and begins to tug at her blanket but Anupama mindlessly questions why this happens to her only.

Kanta berates Anuj but Anupama asks her not to say anything to her husband.

Later, Kanta bows her head down in front of the Gods and asks them to help her guide Anupama in this tough phase.

At Kapadia Mansion, Barkha, Ankush, and Adhik are having breakfast when Ankush asks Adhik if Pakhi is calmed down or not.

Barkha volunteers to douse down her anger and asks Ankush & Adhik to take care of the business.

However, Ankush tells Barkha that she is hurrying too much as he only cares about his brother, not this business.

Meanwhile, Anuj breaks down in front of Maya, thanking her for letting him meet Anu, and says he will stay at a friend's place.

However, when he begins to walk, he wobbles and falls, scaring Maya who helps him and asks him not to go anywhere.

At Anupama's home, they do Puja after which Kanta hands her a diary on which a new beginning is written.

She asks her to write everything she is feeling in the notebook while Anupama stares at the void.
