Today's Anupama 3rd February 2023 episode starts with the entire Kapadia family sitting at a puja organized by Maaya in their house.

Anu sits on Anuj’s lap leaving out Maaya which makes her sour as she wants Anu to herself on her birthday.

Anuj tells Anupama how Maaya did not even mention anything to them before organizing the puja and just did whatever she felt like.

After the puja gets done, Anuj and Anupama give the priest money as a gift from them but the priest says that Maaya has already sent enough gifts for Anu’s birthday.

Anuj says that Maaya can continue whatever she wants but he and Anupama are offering that from their side as the puja took place in the house.

After the puja gets over, Anuj and Anupama announce their plans to go to the temple and then the cow stable to do the puja of the cow goddess.

Anu seems very pumped up for the whole day as Anuj mentions the party while Maaya says she will arrange everything by herself.

Barkha reminds her that they are also there to decorate the house and Dimple says that the fun is doing everything together.

As Maaya tells Anu that the evening will belong to them, Dimple interrupts and says that Anuj-Anupama is not leaving for Dubai, so it will be theirs too.

Before leaving, Anuj asks Ankush to stay back at home as they shall wait patiently till the birthday party gets over.

Anupama asks Anuj in the car what he was telling Ankush to which Anuj asks Anupama if she trusts him and assures her that he will do the right thing.

Meanwhile, Vanraj gets romantic with Kavya as he is determined to stop her from leaving for London.

Kavya says that wives use those tricks of seduction on their husbands when they need something.

Kavya reminds Vanraj about the Delhi incident where he decided to return without even asking her and says “My life, My rules” to Vanraj boldly.

Rakesh, a boy from the neighborhood comes to meet the Shahs while Leela compliments his work in volunteering for traffic police.

Rakesh says that he has a complaint against Toshu and says that he causes traffic jams while trying to sell his food items to the people driving vehicles.

Vanraj scolds Toshu for creating more mess when people are already struggling to reach their destinations due to heavy traffic.

Toshu says that he will leave that business as he has plan B ready after talking to Maaya at Anu’s birthday party.

Kavya and Kinjal request everyone to live peacefully for one day as they need to leave later for Anuj Anupama’s house.

At the same time, Ankush tells Maaya that she is trying to break their family apart but Maaya mocks him for calling themselves a family.

Ankush tells Maaya that they are at least from a decent class whereas her background is full of a muddy mess.

Anuj asks what is going on there while Anu and Anupama come and Maaya decides that she will prepare Anu for the party.

However, Anu calls Anupama to make her hair as Maaya could not do that properly.

After Anu leaves to show it to Anuj, Anupama says that her and Maaya’s relationship is very complex as they can neither be friends nor enemies to each other.
