Today's Anupama 4th April 2023 episode starts with Kanta telling Maaya that even though Anuj and Anupama have separated, their love is not something that will perish that easily by Mumbai rain.

Kanta admits that she surely questioned Anuj's love for Anupama earlier but she sure knows that there will never be another woman in Anuj's heart.

Maaya says that she will see what happens in the future when Kanta leaves the flat.

After Kanta leaves, Anuj comes there from inside and learns that Kanta has left already making him hurry for his leave too.

Maaya asks Anuj to stay with them but Anuj replies that he will send the address of his friend's flat where Maaya should send Anu the next day so that he can spend time with her.

Anuj leaves Maaya's house while Maaya tells herself that soon Anuj will come back to her by himself.

Meanwhile, Anupama and Bhavesh light the candles in the house as the electricity has gone out and Anupama becomes restless while waiting for Kanta's return.

Anupama is hoping that Kanta will bring Anuj and Anu back to her when she hears the front gate and rushes outside to see Kanta.

Kanta enters the front yard when Anupama grabs her and starts asking several questions about how Anuj and Anu are, what they told her about Anupama, whether Anuj is fine now, etc.

Anupama asks Kanta what she and Anuj talked about and what he said to her about Anupama to which Kanta administers courage and tells Anupama that Anuj has sent a message for her.

Kanta tells Anupama that Anuj will never come back as he and their relationship has changed forever that cannot be reversed anyhow.

Anuj has decided to live with Anu rather than Anupama as he can spend his life without her.

Anupama thinks of Kanta's words as a joke first but then realizes that it is the truth and screams Anuj's name while kneeling while Anuj also feels uneasy by himself.

Kanta and Bhavesh start banging on the door as Anupama suddenly goes inside and locks herself inside the house.

Anupama cries and passes out while Kanta and Bhavesh get anxious on hearing no voice coming from inside.

Meanwhile, Hasmukh asks Kinjal and Kavya to call Anupama and Anuj as he wants to talk to both of them but Kinjal replies that none of the three from Kanta's house are answering.

Vanraj says that Anupama's condition did not seem good earlier which picks everyone's interest and Vanraj says that he went to see Anupama in the morning.

As Leela questions Vanraj why he went to meet Anupama, Vanraj says that he cannot stop worrying about Anupama and wants to let her know that he is there with her in this difficult situation.

Kavya, Pakhi, and Samar stare at Vanraj with suspicious stares as they know that Vanraj intends something else by his actions.

Hasmukh tells Vanraj to stay out of Anupama's matters as she is not alone and has many people with her before she again reunites with Anuj.

At the same time, Kanta and Bhavesh come inside and spot Anupama writing things like she wants to die on pages and tearing them off.

Anupama says that she is tired of fighting alone and does not see any point to prove herself as she does not have any person by her side now.
