Today's Anupama 4th July 2023 episode starts with Anupama telling Maaya that her obsession with taking away other people's lives will cost her own life in the recent future.

Anupama asks Maaya about how she can manage to raise Anu when that child cannot even breathe with relief around her own mother.

Maaya remembers how happy Anu used to be with Anuj and Anupama in the past and compares it with the present version of her which seems depressed and anxious.

Anupama says that Maaya needs to handle herself first if she wants everyone to be loving and kind toward her as she is not being nice to anyone either.

Maaya realizes that it is she who is ruining her own life through her actions and destroying the very little happiness she has in her part of life through her daughter, Anu.

Hearing Anupama's good suggestions toward her, Maaya realizes how wrong and hateful she had become to wish to kill Anupama who still cares for her after all their history.

Anupama says that she wants Maaya to stay well and her mental health to improve in the coming days so that she can take care of herself, Anu, and her Anuj.

Anupama says that she will continue to call Anu and if she hears that Maaya has caused a scene again then she will come back into this house to take over things from Maaya.

Maaya squeezes the Ganpati idol in her hands as Anupama asks her to live happily and peacefully so that her mental health gets better in the coming days.

Meanwhile, everyone in the Shah house is worried and Kinjal offers Kavya turmeric milk so that Kavya does not wait with an empty stomach.

Kavya drinks it after trying to refuse many times while Dimple says that Kinjal should have asked her to cook something for Kavya as everyone would think that Dimple does not do any work.

Kinjal tells Dimple not to overanalyze the situation as no one is thinking anything and walks away.

Samar informs that everything is all right at the Shah house which relieves everyone and he offers to bring Kavya's luggage which offends Dimple.

Dimple says that Toshu should have gone as he is free all the time so why Samar needed to bear the duty on his shoulders which Kinjal hears.

Samar gets angry at Dimple and tells her that in their family there is nothing like "me" cause they all constitute "us"

Meanwhile, Anupama leaves Maaya's room and comes downstairs where she signals Anuj through her eyes that everything is all right.

Suddenly, Anu comes to Anupama crying and says that she heard everything between her and Maaya which made her realize how they have hurt her.

Anupama hugs Anu and says that even though Anu understands everything at a small age, she is still too small to understand a few things yet.

Anupama tells Anu that Maaya is sick currently but she loves Anu very much and is not a bad person.

Anu asks Anupama when she is going to come back to which Anupama replies that she cannot state a definitive answer but she will be in front of Anu whenever she needs her.

Later, Anu comes to Maaya and asks her why she hurt Anuj and Anupama when they only wished good for her and helped her.

Anu reveals that Anupama let her go because she asked her herself which seems to be a mistake now as Maaya is the reason Anuj and Anupama are not together.

Maaya tries to talk to Anu but Anu says that she never thought that her mother would be so selfish and leaves after saying "I hate you" which breaks Maaya's heart.

Maaya cries with screams as her heart feels suffocated and Anupama's words ring in her ears.
