Today's Anupama 4th May 2023 episode starts with Anuj telling Maaya that she has to give up on him as he will never love her as he loves Anupama.

Maaya says that Anuj understands the pain of one-sided love and he should not do the same thing with her as Anupama did to him for 26 years.

Anuj says that his love was selfless and had a line that it did not cross under any circumstance during the years Anupama was someone else's wife but Maaya is forgetting morals because of her feelings.

Maaya announces that she does not understand what is good or bad and just wants to be with Anuj and receive his love.

Anuj gets frustrated and says that he cannot give Maaya something that does not belong to her as he has always been loving Anupama till the present moment.

Saying that Anuj leaves the room but Maaya does not intend to give up on him at any cost and hugs Anuj's shirt with a distorted expression.

Anuj tells himself that he hopes that Maaya does not do anything dangerous in her crazy state and ruin everything between him and Anupama.

Meanwhile, the doctor checks Bhairavi's father while he is bedridden with some illness, and Anupama and Bhavesh watch them with worried faces.

The doctor says that the condition is not good and they should take him to the hospital as soon as possible to which Bhairavi replies that they do not have money for the treatment.

Bhavesh and Anupama decide to take Bhairavi's father to the nearby government hospital but Bhairavi hugs him and says that she will not leave his side.

The doctor asks Anupama to keep Bhairavi away from her father as she can also get infected and Bhairavi's father requests Anupama to keep his daughter with her in the meantime.

Anupama gets a bit shocked to hear such a proposal but accepts it and says that she will take care of Bhairavi until he gets better.

At the same time, Pakhi comes to the Kapadia mansion and tells Barkha that Anuj and Anupama are coming back to their home and she should free their bedroom and clean it.

Pakhi says whether she should take the initiative and throw Barkha out of the house to which Adhik gets triggered and shouts at Pakhi.

After Pakhi leaves, Adhik trembles in anger while clenching his fists as his fury takes over his senses.

However, Adhik tells sorry to Pakhi later and says that he does not want to stay as a mere employee of the Kapadia empire anymore.

Meanwhile, Anu comes to meet Anuj while he is on his bed and both talk about how they will stay happy once he patches up with Anupama and stays with her like in the past.

Maaya watches Anuj and Anu talking about Anupama and says that the people she loves the most do not love her back.

Later, Anupama feeds Bhairavi dinner to take care of her health but gets the news from Bhavesh about Bhairavi's father passing away.

Anupama tells Bhairavi the sad news which breaks her heart and she comes running to the hospital to see her father's dead body with her own eyes.

Watching Bhairavi, Anupama gets reminded of herself when she was a child as she also lost her father at such an age.
