Today's Anupama 6th July 2023 episode starts with Maaya dying in a truck accident while trying to save Anupama and leaving their lives abruptly.

Anupama and Anuj organize a mourning gathering for Maaya and sit blankly while wearing white clothes, still unable to process the entire thing.

Anupama flinches on remembering the horrifying scene she witnessed and finds the same Ganpati idol in her hands that she gave to Maaya.

Anuj notices Anupama getting emotional and holds onto her hands with his own which helps Anupama to calm down.

Barkha talks to Ankush about Maaya suddenly leaving them and dying out of nowhere to which Ankush replies that human life is like soap bubbles without any determined lifespan.

As Barkha talks about any other reason for being there about the accident, Ankush asks her if she is suspecting Anuj and Anupama and warns her not to spout nonsense.

Ankush asks Barkha to shut her mouth if she does not know when to open it and what she should say but still, Barkha says that Anuj might have got extremely frustrated by Maaya.

Meanwhile, the Shahs discuss about Maaya's sudden death and Kinjal says that she still is unable to believe that Maaya is no more in this world.

Leela says that Anuj should have admitted Maaya to a hospital to which Vanraj asks Leela not to say anything intended for the dead anymore.

Dimple rolls her eyes in frustration and says internally about the entire family has sat at a panchayat for every topic that goes on around them.

While talking about Anu's condition after losing her mother, Leela says that she does not think that Anupama would be able to go to America this time too which leaves everyone shocked.

Samar says that they should keep both matters separate and trust Anupama about choosing the right thing after which they get ready to leave for the mourning.

As Samar asks everyone to go in the car while he and Dimple will go by bike, Dimple asks Samar why they should be the ones to ride the bike every time.

Samar tells Dimple that she fusses over every small thing while Dimple says that the family's countless problems are not a small matter and have made her life miserable already.

At the same time, Anupama notices Anuj pouring water out of the glass absentmindedly and adjusts the glass for him.

Anuj tells Anupama that he is not being able to close his eyes as the same image emerges in his mind which he witnessed for his parents too.

Saying how Maaya was apologizing and everything was getting all right, Anuj concludes that everything again got broken with Maaya's death.

Anupama says that everything happened because of her but Anuj stops her from doing so and hugs Anupama to provide her comfort.

Later, the Shahs arrive and give condolences to Anuj and Anupama while Barkha tells Dimple that there might be another aspect that she would tell her later.

During mourning, Barkha talks about how Anu has lost her mother twice and even though they will try to take the best care of her, they and Anuj cannot replace Anu's mother.

Barkha says that Anu's first mother is dead and her second mother is leaving for another country which makes her unlucky to receive any motherly love.

Anupama excuses herself from there and Vanraj follows her to talk to her about the situation.

Vanraj asks Anupama what she has thought to do in the next two days and suggests she does not stop no matter who calls her from behind.

Anupama says that she has not changed her decision yet while Vanraj says that Anupama is thinking about Anu.
