Today's Anupama 7th March 2023 episode starts with Maaya sitting in her room and recalling all the harsh words that have been spoken to her today.

Her eyes get watery and just then, Anupama comes into the room and tells Maya that she, as a wife, will never forgive her for what she did.

However, Anupama says she doesn't care if people call her a doormat or if somebody always wants to appear great, informing Maya that she can stay for one more day only due to Choti Anu.

Maya gets happy with her damp eyes and tells Anupama that she won't regret it but Anupama's poker face remains on and tells Maaya that she has lost the truth Anupama placed on her.

In the night, Anupama looks at a sleeping Anuj and mimics his voice when he would wish her a happy birthday.

Just then, Anuj starts speaking in his sleep, panicking Anupama as he says he is feeling suffocated and need to go on the terrace to breathe the fresh air.

Anupama gets frightened and rubs Anuj's chest, however, soon enough Anuj calms down and turns on all the lights on the terrace.

He smiles and wishes Anupama a very happy birthday but she just stares at him blankly, covering her face with her dupatta.

Anuj apologizes as he hears Anupama crying but she just laughs out loud, telling him he is not the only actor in this house.

Meanwhile, Vanraj looks at his clock as it hits 12 AM and Kavya watches him from the bed, taunting him that what he has near him, he doesn't value it.

Vanraj sharply replies to Kavya that it is she who doesn't value her husband, however, Kavya maintains her calm and asks Vanraj to stand there all night and cut the cake.

Maya also gets tense when she doesn't see Anuj or Anupama in the house as she finds their room empty and then evilly says that she will give Anupama the "best" birthday of her life tomorrow.

On the terrace, Anuj tells Anupama how much he loves her and caresses her softly as both of them stare at the starry night.

Anuj tells Anupama that he bought a star just for her, pointing at it while Anupama gets shocked and meekly asks him if that is even possible.

He nods and asks Anupama to check the Internet as it is now named after her.

Anupama tells him that he should have bought it in both their names or Choti Anu's name as a future investment and Anuj teases her by saying she is growing her Gujarati brain.

Anuj then hands Anupama her present and when she opens it up, Anuj in a very flirty voice asks Anupama to wear it for him, by adding "Baby please".

On the other hand, Maaya comes to Anu's room and finds her sleeping but with a card underneath her hand that says "Happy Birthday Mummy".

Maya also decides to work on her next plan while Anupama and Anuj share a romantic moment at the terrace as she wears Anuj's gift which is a very subtle, angelic-looking white Kurta.

Anuj recites his poetry for Anupama who feels shy but dances to "Dil To Baccha Hai Ji" with Anuj as both of them twirl each other.

He caresses Anupama's hair as she gets shy and gets her birthday chocolate cake smeared on her cheeks by Anuj.
