Today's Banni Chow Home Delivery 11th October 2022 episode starts with Agasthya telling Banni that he has a neurosurgeon friend who can help Yuvan.

Hearing this, excited Banni announces she will take Yuvan to that doctor the next day as soon as possible and she will recover Yuvan at any cost.

Meanwhile, Viraj feels sympathetic toward Yuvan’s mental situation and hugs him but Viraj also thinks he needs to prioritize wealth so he cannot help Yuvan.

Viraj manipulates Yuvan by urging him to let Banni go with Agasthya when Yuvan looks at him with hopelessness.

On the other hand, in the hospital room, excited Banni announces she will not reveal this truth to anyone not even Yuvan as he considers Manini his mother.

She then spreads her hand and questions Agasthya if he will help her to make Yuvan better and Agasthya puts his hand on Banni’s and nods.

At the same time, Yuvan enters the room, and looking at Banni and Agasthya’s joint hands, he stops abruptly on his track.

Devraj along with Charmie and Viraj then also arrives in the room and Devraj urges Yuvan to come forward.

When the nurse questions Devraj about who will stay with Banni for the night Devraj points out Yuvan and Banni.

On one hand, Banni thinks she will cure Yuvan very soon; on the other hand, Yuvan thinks he will leave Banni very soon because it is best for her and he even thanks Banni for always being his best friend.

Yuvan then tells Devraj he wants to go home and when Devraj tries to stop him, he walks away with tears in his eyes.

Before leaving, turning on the last time, Yuvan notices Banni and wipes off his tear, and runs away.

Later Yuvan thinks about his first meeting with Banni during the car ride and how she always takes care of him.

Meanwhile, in the hospital, Agasthya feels attracted to Banni when she wipes the extra food from his mouth.

Yuvan runs towards his room as soon as he reaches his home and throws himself on the bed and starts crying.

Yuvan notices Banni’s special tiffin box and while recalling the sweet memory “Yuvani” tiffin box he starts crying harder.

He then thinks he will not let Banni take this special tiffin box with her during her leave.

In the hospital, while Banni shares her concern about her home delivery business with Agasthya, she gets a message from Yuvan who announces he is cooking along with his aunt and they will take care of it.

Banni starts grinning and Agasthya walks away from the room after excusing himself.

As soon he arrives outside, he asks Rohan in desperation why he cannot get Banni.
