Today's Banni Chow Home Delivery 18th December 2022 episode starts with the doctor telling Banni that they were not able to save Tulika due to a lot of blood loss.

Hearing this, Banni recalls Tulika’s promise and starts crying silently.

Meanwhile, in the operation room, Kabir begs dead Tulika to open her eyes in desperation, and the doctor arrives just then to order Kabir to leave the room.

Angry Kabir grabs the doctor’s collar after hearing this, but when the doctor reveals Tulika was already in a critical situation, Tulika chose to save the baby and Kabir yells he will kill the baby.

Looking at Tulika’s body, Kabir growls Banni sent him back to save Yuvan so he would not let Tulika die if he was here.

Kabir further yells he will kill Banni and the baby after picking up the surgical knife and three corpses will burn today.

While Kabir is yelling in the room, Banni comes near the entrance with the baby and gets shattered to see Kabir in the room.

Looking at Kabir, Banni feels as if the ground underneath her shakes but before she can enter the room, Dr. Snajay takes her away.

Later in Dr. Sanjay’s cabin, he informs Banni that Tulika’s death has brought Kabir back much to her shock.

He further tells Banni that he warned Tulika about this but she did not listen and Banni just stares at him with wide eyes.

Dr. Snajay even informs Banni that this time Kabir has taken complete control of Yuvan so it is nearly impossible to bring Yuvan back.

Meanwhile, Kabir walks into the hall and asks everyone if they have seen Banni or the baby but when no one replies positively, he yells he will find Banni and the baby very soon.

In the meantime, Vrinda tells Devraj that Charmie is coming who in return informs Vrinda that this operation is taking a very long time.

They then hear some chaos and when they look up, they get shocked to see Yuvan in so much rage.

Dr. Sanjay arrives there just then and informs everyone Kabir is back making Devraj shake in fear.

When Kabir questions Dr Sanjay if he has seen Banni with the baby, Sanjay lies that the baby died just after its birth.

Dr. Sanjay further reveals the baby was severely injured due to the sudden fall and a flashback shows Banni ordering Sanjay to lie to Kabir to protect the baby.

On the other hand, outside the hospital, Banni meets Charmie and orders her to keep the baby’s identity hidden.

Looking at Charmie’s confused face, Banni further explains Tulika is dead and Kabir is back who wants to kill her and the baby.

Meanwhile, inside the hospital, Kabir tells everyone that justice is served today as he thinks the baby is dead.

While Devraj looks shocked, Kabir screams now it is Banni's time to get punished and runs away.

Elsewhere, in Banni's home, Banni tells Vishnu that she needs to protect this baby at any cost from its own father.
